Louis’ Cocoa Sticks are traditionally manufactured, using 100 natural and eco friendly ingredients, through methods that have existed for 100’s of years and handed down through several generations.Fresh mountain grown cocoa beans are carefully roasted over an outside wood fire, giving it that aromatic flavour. Then seasoned with 100 natural herbs and spices such as cinnamon and bay leaf amoungst others, the beans are grounded until it reaches a pastey texture. They are then rolled into sticks and then packaged to suite customer satisfaction
