Shipping, Delivery, Returns & Exchanges

Transit times are calculated based on business days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. Estimated shipping takes between 3-6 business days , shipping costs are determined by the item’s weight and your location.

Returns & Exchanges:

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact Jollys Pharmacy via email address – Website@jollysonline.com with the reason for your request. Items eligible for a full refund must be unused, in original condition, in the original packaging, and returned to Jollys Pharmacy within 30 days of delivery.
Refunds are typically processed within 4-7 business days of receipt and inspection of the returned item.
Replacements & Exchanges:
We are happy to provide a replacement for damaged or defective items. Estimated shipping for replacements and exchanges takes 3-6 business days, and shipping costs are determined by the item’s weight and your location.
 Cancellation Policy
When one has requested cancellation of an order, actions will be taken depending on whether the order has been shipped. Buyers have 60 minutes to cancel their orders but are permitted cancellation until the minute it’s been shipped. If one’s order has already been shipped, the buyer can notify Jollys Pharmacy via email – website@jollysonline.com and request cancellation. If you have not yet shipped and confirmed the shipment, you can cancel the order. If your items were mistakenly cancelled and the buyer still wants the item one can request an item again by placing a new order. When you cancel an order, Jollys Pharmacy automatically updates the buyer via email

We are committed to protecting our customers privacy. Please be aware that international shipments are subject to inspection by customs and postal authorities. To facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws, we may provide order, shipment, and product information – including titles and values – to our international carriers. These carriers may be required to share this information with postal authorities.
For certain orders, supporting documentation such as medical documents, photo identification, or prescriptions may be required for shipment. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in providing these documents when requested.
