1. Shipping & Delivery

There is an estimated shipping or delivery date for each shipment on the order summary, which will also appear in Your Orders after you’ve placed your order. Shipping rates depend on the selected shipping speed and weight/size of the items. Delivery estimates are calculated by taking the estimated shipping date and time it takes a package to travel from our facilities to your destination address. The transit time is calculated using business days please note that Saturday, Sunday as well as holidays don’t count toward the transit time. For some delivery dates, we may provide a countdown timer that indicates the time in which you must place the order to receive your delivery by the date shown. Your confirmed delivery date will be included in your order confirmation email. Returns & Refund Policies Returns or exchanges for items purchased have to be scheduled with Jollys Pharmacy after contacting and indicating the reason for return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the proper condition just as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging along with receipt by Jollys Pharmacy within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Most refunds are fully refunded in 4-7 days after we receive and process your return. One request replacement and exchange orders by following the instructions provided by Jollys Pharmacy. If you received a damaged or defective item, we’ll ship you a replacement of the exact item. If you would like to exchange for another product within the same price range.

2. Cancellation Policy

When one has requested cancellation of an order, actions will be taken depending on whether the order has been shipped. Buyers have 60 minutes to cancel their orders but are permitted cancellation until the minute it’s been shipped. If ones order has already been shipped buyer can notify Jollys Pharmacy and request cancellation. If you have not yet shipped and confirmed the shipment, you can cancel the order. If your items were mistakenly cancelled and the buyer still wants the item one can request an item again by placing a new order When you cancel an order, Jollys Pharmacy automatically updates the buyer via email

3. Privacy

Customers’ privacy is very important, and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like all our customers to know that shipping products internationally are subject to be inspected by customs or postal authorities. We may provide certain order, shipment, and product information, such as titles, to our international carriers, and such information may be communicated by the carriers to postal authorities in order to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws. Customs authorities require the value of the gift item to be stated directly on the package.
